Description
Multi-handled monobalance used either door frame mounted or ground mounted.
It is equipped with non-slip handles and it is not necessary to use protective gloves for the hands.
Door position: with the central bar and narrow handles, you can perform pull-ups, working all the back muscles, shoulders and biceps.
The barbell can be used with a push-up grip (palms facing you) to focus on the biceps, while using a 'Chin-ups' grip (palms facing you) focus on the back muscles .With the dumbbell on the ground you can easily work out the triceps, chest and abdominal muscles.
It has rubber protectors on the ends to protect the door from wear.
