We do not support cash on delivery
The cash on delivery option has been removed from our store after countless returns of undeliverable shipments.
Unfortunately this payment method was being misused by customers who were unsure of their purchase or regretted it in the following days.
This costs us:
- Cost of shipping and returns
- VAT from the receipts sent with the packages.
- Packaging Materials
- Products that were often left out of stock without actually being sold
The cost is unfortunately high for a family-local business like iThinksmart.gr
We ask for your understanding, and a sincere apology from our customers for being wronged by this decision.
